Change of Job Order Number Format
With effect from 1.1.2010, the Job Order Number format of vacancies posted by the Labour Department will be changed from the current pattern composing of 3 alphabets and 11 digits to a format consisting of all 11 digits. For example,
Private Sector vacancy
Old Job Order No. Format : STO2010-0000001
New Job Order No. Format : 32-10-0000001
Non-Civil Service Contract posts of Government Department
Old Job Order No. Format : CRU2010-T000001
New Job Order No. Format : 51-10-0000001
For vacancies posted before 1.1.2010, the original format of the Job Order Number will continue to be used.
