The Labour Department (LD) provides free and easy-to-use employment services. Apart from obtaining catering vacancy information at this dedicated webpage, job seekers interested in catering jobs can also find suitable jobs through the following channels:

Recruitment Centre for the Catering Industry (RCCI)

At RCCI , employers of the catering industry are arranged to stage recruitment activities from time to time. Job seekers who wish to find catering jobs can obtain the information of the recruitment activities held at RCCI at the Interactive Employment Service (iES) website and contact RCCI to reserve appointment for on-the-spot job interviews with the recruiting employers.

Job Fairs

LD regularly organises large-scale job fairs in different parts of the territory and district-based job fairs in its 11 Job Centres. Catering employers are invited to participate in these job fairs and conduct on-the-spot interviews with job seekers. Job seekers interested in catering jobs may view the information on the upcoming job fairs at the iES website or using the iES mobile applications.

Job seekers looking for catering jobs may register our employment services on-line and subscribe to the "Job Alert" service (e.g. selecting the job type of "Cook / Waiter" in the catering industry).
