Our Target Group & Scope

Our employment services are offered to job seekers who are legally employable in HKSAR, including those holding Hong Kong Identity Card OR valid travel document with an endorsement by the HK Immigration Department for employment in Hong Kong within a specific period which has not yet expired.

Employers are welcome to use our simple and free on-line services to recruit staff. The procedures for member registration, online vacancies submission and candidate selection (this function is available to specific types of Employers only) are as follows:

(Note: Even you do not wish to register as a member of this website, you may still submit your vacancy order form online. Please refer to Step 2 and 3 below for more details.)

Register as Member

If you register as a member of this website, you can enjoy some exclusive member services, for example, Select Candidates, Link Up Vacancy (this function is available to specific types of Employers only) etc.

Submit Vacancy Order Form

You can submit your Vacancy Order Form through the Internet in a simple and convenient way.

Keep Receipt & Job Order Number

After processing your vacancy order, our Job Vacancy Processing Centre will fax to you an acknowledgement receipt bearing your Job Order Number (only applicable to employers providing fax number on the vacancy order form). Please keep the receipt and Job Order Number for future reference.

Select Candidates to Fill Posted Vacancy

After logging in your member account, you may then link up your posted vacancy using the link up Vacancy function by inputting your Job Order Number and Business Registration Certificate Number. Also, you may select candidates for your posted vacancy (this function is available to specific types of Employers only).

Accept Applications & Referrals

The job you posted will be widely publicized. When job seekers are interested in applying for your job …
Job seekers may use our "Apply Online" function to email their resume to you if you accept online application.
OR
Job seekers will contact you direct, if you have chosen to display your contact means.
OR
Staff of our Job Centres / Telephone Employment Service Centre will call you to introduce the job seekers and arrange for interviews.

Notify Interview Results

The job seeker will bring along an introduction letter issued by our Job Centres when he/she attends the arranged interview, or you will receive an introduction letter sent by our Telephone Employment Service Centre. After the interview, please indicate the result of interview on the introduction letter and send it back to us by fax. We will continue to refer interested job seekers to you if your vacancy has not been filled. Please inform us to cancel your vacancy order once your vacancy has been filled.

Amend / Cancel Vacancy

Employer Member may use the "Amend Vacancy Order" and "Cancel Vacancy Order" function under "My Home" to amend or cancel posted vacancy. Non-member may call our Job Vacancy Processing Centre at 2503 3377 to amend or cancel posted vacancy.

Obtain Vacancy Order Form

Our Job Vacancy Processing Centre provides 3 kinds of Vacancy Order Forms in our non-online services, including:

  • Vacancy Order Form (For General Employers)
  • Vacancy Order Form (Applicable to Employers recruiting in Personal Capacity)
  • Vacancy Order Form (Applicable to Private Educational Institutes / Tutor Posts / Promoter Posts related to Training Courses)

Our Performance Pledge

We commit to achieve the following standard of services:

  • Provide every fresh registrant with written guidelines on employment service.
  • Provide employment advisory services to job seekers within 30 minutes of appointment time.
  • Provide job referral service to job seekers within 30 minutes of appointment time.
  • Provide telephone employment service to job seekers on the following working day after they forward their "Easy Registration Form" to a Job Centre.
  • Provide job seekers with weekly information on the number of top-ten vacancies available in the Job Centre.
  • 90% of vacancy information processed within five working days following the date of receipt.
