Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, manage and supervise the financial team, prepare and review financial reports (including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements), manage and optimize the company's cash flow and capital operations, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with banks and other financial institutions, conduct risk assessment and control, manage and supervise the legal team, provide financial analysis and advice to senior management, and support decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, economics or related fields. At least 10 years of experience in financial management, operation management, etc. in the group company, with experience in international steel trade settlement preferred. Familiar with banking settlement operations, including letters of credit, guarantees, remittances, etc. familiar with operation management. Have professional knowledge and practical experience in risk assessment and control. Familiar with legal management and able to handle complex legal and compliance issues.
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM
Remuneration:
HK$50,000 per month, Year-end bonus and long-term incentive plan will be provided based on company performance and personal performance.
